Every year, World AIDS Day offers an opportunity for people worldwide to acknowledge the significant progress made to end the HIV pandemic, address challenges that remain, discuss the best path forward, and pay tribute to those whose lives were lost fighting HIV.

Please join the NIH OAR for the NIH World AIDS Day 2021 Virtual Event: The Role of Research in the National HIV/AIDS Strategy, today, December 1, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m ET, and a distinguished group of participants for a live discussion, including a public question and answer (Q&A) session, as we help mark the global World AIDS Day observance.

This event will be broadcast on NIH VideoCast and is open to the public. Submit questions to oarinfo@nih.gov.
