HIV/AIDS Glossary

The primary federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated, or disproportionately affected by medical issues. Through its HIV/AIDS Bureau, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) administers the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, the largest federal program focused exclusively on HIV care.
