National LGBTQ Health Awareness week will be held this week, March 21-25. Started 20 years ago, this week raises awareness of the unique and important health needs of LGBTQ communities. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) gay and bisexual men are the population most affected by HIV. Access resources related to HIV prevention, treatment, and research in the LGBTQ+ community using HIVinfo’s HIV Source web portal.
