HIV/AIDS Glossary

Regional centers that conduct education and training programs for health care providers who treat people with HIV. Training is tailored to providers who serve minoritized populations, the homeless, rural communities, prisoners, community and migrant health centers, and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program-funded sites. AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs) serve all 50 states and many U.S. territories.
